About me
Katarina Nikolic, speech language pathologist, was born in Belgrade.
After graduating from the University, Faculty of Special Education and Rehabilitation in Belgrade (Serbia), she obtained a degree, speech language pathologist.
She spent a year in the Health Center and participated in the testing, diagnosis and assessment of speech and language disorders in children. Together with her mentor, she conducted speech therapy treatment. After completing her internship, she started working as an associate in several private kindergartens, among others, in a private preschool accredited institution, approved by the Ministry of Education.
While she was working and living in Belgrade, she appeared as a guest on television shows where she talked about the difficulties children have regarding language and speech development.
She successfully applied her knowledge and skills while working in her own speech therapy center. Later on, for private reasons, she closed the speech therapy center and moved abroad.
Her narrow specialization is developmental dysphasia, a delay in the development of speech and language in a bilingual environment.
Values
Compassion: I treat people not issues
Trust: I provide expertise and knowledge you can trust
Support: I support you beyond face to face session time
